Highster Mobile provides add-on services to enhance the customer experience. We strive to make the customer experience as easy and effective as possible through the add-on services listed below. All add-on services are subject to our Refund Policy. Highster Mobile requires all add-ons to comply with the policies outlined on this page.
We provide our Premium Support service to support our ongoing effort to increase and better our customer and telephone support efforts. Users who opt for the Premium Support add-on are entitled to 30 minutes of telephone support per month. All appointments for such assistance must be made in advance with one of our representatives.
The price of our Premium Support add-on service is a monthly recurring fee of $29.99. If the minutes allotted are not utilized within the month, the minutes do not roll over.
If the user cancels this service midway through the month, they have access to those minutes until the end of the month. If the user cancels and receives a refund, their add-on service access ends immediately.
We offer the Extended Download Warranty to provide our customers the ease of monitoring several devices without spending money on several product licenses. This add-on service allows for the unlimited downloading of Highster Mobile on iOS or Android devices. The price is a recurring monthly fee of $29.99.
If the user cancels and receives a refund, their add-on service access ends immediately.
To ensure our product works optimally for our users, we provide the add-on option of our Unlimited Updates Package. The Highster Mobile you have installed will be updated automatically to the newest version without the need to purchase another product license and have physical access to the phone being monitored. These updates will ensure your Highster Mobile app works optimally in extracting data and information to your secure private online account.
If the user cancels and receives a refund, their add-on service access ends immediately.
All add-on services are subject to our Refund Policy. Where a cancellation is paired with a refund, access to the add-on service ends immediately rather than remaining active through the rest of the billing period.
